The Hearts Baby Blanket is a cute beginner crochet blanket pattern using eyelets to form a heart pattern all around the blanket. A thin contrasting color border adds a touch of pop and refinement to this adorable blanket. Available in sizes baby to king size, it works up easily and includes both a crochet chart and written instructions.
Valentine’s Day Blanket
For Valentine’s day this year, Hobbii challenged a bunch of designers to design a new pattern featuring hearts. It’s for this challenge that I designed the heart crochet blanket pattern.
I wanted to make something that would fit the challenge but at the same time be versatile and functional. A baby blanket seemed the perfect project. You can easily gift this baby crochet blanket to any baby or toddler girl all year round!
The heart crochet blanket pattern uses the filet crochet technique, a combination of chains, skipped stitches and double crochet stitches to form the adorable hearts featured on the baby crochet blanket.
